Shoulder days are never really exciting, but I always leave the gym with a nice pump. I was definitely happy with the rep PR on OHP, but even happier with all the dips. I've shied away from them recently as they sort of irritated my shoulder, but today I concentrated on keeping my elbows back and they felt quite good. Unfortunately, this gym doesn't have a dip belt, so I just did a lot of reps.
My back is quite sore (in a good way) from yesterday's workout...and I'm scheduled to do deads again with my brother in about 53 hours...

XFO Question
The bottle says to cease taking it after 50 days. Is that 50 days of continuous use? I've been taking 5-6 caps about 4 days a week for the last 4 weeks. I'm asking because I'm having great results with it and I'd like to continue using it through the end of Macenko (roughly 6 more weeks).
So that'd be roughly 10-11 weeks, 70-77 days...but only taking it ~4 days a week. Thoughts?

The bottle recommendations are all based around 50 day ED dosing. The reason being that a long while back 50 days was what the FDA tested when giving ArA GRAS approval for being in baby formula.
For those using the workout days only dosing, they tend to dose it for 50 workout days rather than 50 consecutive days.

You could just do a bunch of machine work. Pull downs, reverse grip pulldowns, rowing machine, stuff like that.
What do you pseudo-bulkers think about ihop? Another eating challenge in the works? A new one just opened up a couple miles from my work, I need a reason to stop in for breakfast some morning..
