    I should have a helmet when 4-wheeling. I rolled one the last time I rode. I had to stop, drop and roll so it didnt land on me.

    4/19- AM CFit


    Warm-
    high knees, butt kicks, grapevine, some other stuff

    Skill- Dodgeball
    3 minute sessions-
    Non-dominant hand Throw
    Overhand Soccer Throw
    Laying on the Floor to Throw


    WOD- partner 20 min kill clock
    Farmers Walk (200 Yd with 53# KB), partner did V-ups...then swap before moving to next movements
    25 Wall Ball (20#), partner did Knee Ups
    40 Jump Squats, partner did Side to Side Ball Slams
    37 Goblet Squats (53#), partner did Supine Rows
    61 Slam Balls (30#), partner did flutter kicks

    We got through the Goblets when the clock killed..abtastic!



    Then we rolled into the Oly 90 minutes. Worked on several new stretches for wrists, ankles and shoulders and paid attention to the coaches to see what coaching points they were making and why.

    Thanks for all of your support on my lack of squatting

    On a serious note I could tell while doing the leg press that Im still not ready to squat. I ended up icing my hips when I got home.

    I have never been so glad to be back at work. I finished my landscaping project yesterday. That sh!t is hard work! When we had the concrete poured for the hot tub the guys pulled up part of my flower bed landscaping rocks to make room. Yesterday I dug up the ground and put the rocks back in place. I have never done this before but it turned out nicely. I made numerous trips back and forth carrying rocks and mulch. My back was and still is on fire. Benching tonight should be fun.

    it could have been considered training.............

    every time I do yardio, I drink some BCAAs afterwards......if I have them. Yardio is my active rest days and I have lots of them around the corner

    I have more as well. I have one flower bed that every year ends up looking like part of the yard. The grass grows in it like I have never seen. I have tried weed paper, mulch, Round-up....nothing works. So yet again I will be completely redoing that one. There was a time I would have done that and my just finished project in one weekend. I have learned to pace myself though

    Yep, creatine and BCAAs. I'm thinking it's the deficit and fukton of training between lifting and throwing and hip hop. It's not unbearable, so I'll just deal.

    The deficit doesnt help matters. I kind of wish I was able to test out Jetmass in a deficit to see how it works in that situation.

    Yardio and sore arses.

    I must be in the right place!!!



    Yardio started yesterday for us...lots of tumbleweeds and leaves, etc were garbage canned up. Son took to the dump today. Need to remove 2 large willow bush stumps in the next week and get a fence moved...that will require some outside help.
