Sorry about the audio! It was much better the last two years. I don't know what went wrong this year, but we weren't able to fix it during the meet because things were too hectic. It will be better next year, I promise!
Day 2 squats are in the archived version! Sometimes when the stream is still going, it won't let you watch the beginning. But they're all there now.

Lol so word is a teen 3 lifter went to raw junior worlds, didn't make weight in 59kg, got out of meet tested anyway, and failed with a 41:1 TE ratio and got popped for tren. #rawnattyproud

90/90 stretch for internal rotation. There's also a standing stretch for them, but my left hip is so bad that I can't even do it on that side.

You know as well as anybody else I rock a 2-incher. Should be good to squat in after a few more trial runs though.

Best bet is to throw a crap load of baby powder on. Pull the outside hem leg up on one side as much as you can. The keep doing it use the straps on the one side to pull it ove hip whiles unbunching leg material. It's a lot easier to jack the inside hem into position when the outside is up real high.
When you are ready to commit homicide, switch to the other side.
I spent one session wet seaming the suit and doing ultra high pinracks and kept jacking the legs up each set. But I have a super tight.
Those straps can take a good hanging as well
And measure the legs. I had to do the basketball trick. My legs are 30" cold and the seams were 27". I got them up to 29 1/4 through the course of a wet and pumping session, left them over night and was able to get a better session out of them.
Only do the basketball thing if there is a ridiculous amount of difference. If it's within the inch it'll stretch.
