hehe. Well hopefully no one in my neighborhood will steal my sheets. However, if they do, I figure they probably need them more than I do!
Cliffs on Rippetoe's Squat Section:
Legs out around shoulder width apart, feet should be pointed at a 30 degree angle.
Gaze at a focus on the floor in front of you. (pretend you are holding a tennis ball under your chin)
Knees out.
Drive ass up in a vertical line from the floor.
That is all I know about squats. I am sure there is more.

correct if the back round is bad .. cause you're basically pulling your vertebrae apart making them weak and putting more stress on it , arching resembles a more neutral position where the vertebrae are locked .. our spine in a neutral position looks like a S not an upside down U

Today I was leaving the grocery store when I saw this elderly male on an electric scooter holding a cane asking people, as they walked by, for a ride to his apartments down the street. It didn't surprise me that everyone either ignored him or came up with some excuse. He didn't appear to be dirty or intoxicated so I'm not sure why someone didn't even attempt to help. I gladly gave this old man a ride to his apartments. He stated he was 88 years old, I could only imagine what his life has been like and what had been seen.
Well I hope you brahs help someone out in some way. It definitely brightened up his and my day.

LMAO...that was so bad!
LMAO again!! that poor guy! LOL
Yes ma'am! I just wish I had someone in the gym there that could watch my form, that I actually trusted to know how to execute them. Guess I'll just have to rely on the mirrors"Do not give away to others what you have not first given away at home." unknown

Riptoe has some good how to vids on deads I think..
when you do them wear flat shoes you are comfortable in
you can try the reverse grip if you want
when you lift you may need tall socks
or long pants because the object is to bring that bar up close to your shins as you stand up
remember your arms are just there to hold onto that bar
think of it as just standing up and then after you stand up tall..
bring those shoulders back in a very proud and strong stance.

depends on how comfortable they are for you. lots of people use converse tennie shoes. I have an old worn out pair of nikes I use. I also use gloves but that is just me. Lots of people say use chalk but I am not lifting that heavy.
there are two kinds of ways to do a deadlift: traditional and sumo

balance..you find your center of balance
when you got it
look up or look out straight ahead
not down at the bar
your feet are planted solid
like they are going down, down down to the center of the earth
now check your form, your gripe
breathe and stand up
this is your legs doing the work
push down thru your legs into your feet
bring that bar up your shins
to your hips
shoulders back
easy peasy
