Ok so maybe I'm wrong saying it was taken hours before. Maybe I'm not.
But comparing it to someone who made history by becoming the first Black President in a city that is 90%+ in his favor is ridiculous lol.
The only thing that could have possibly rivaled it would be Hillary being the first female to be President.

You are as intellegent as a brick.
Liberals and their policies is exactly what is going wrong with your country. Thus yes we are against liberals as the citizens in the country is what makes a country great or poor.
How did you get pilot license (if your sig isn't a blatent lie) you can't think outside of a box.

Trump won more voters in michigan, pennsylvania, ohio, florida, and wisconson than obama did in 2012... just saying.
As for trump bot being more popular than he was....the media had something to do with that. They tried to drag the mans name thru the mud.
They did everythibg in their power to drive his disapproval rating as high as possible along wit rigging polls by oversampling democrats....EMT/Firefighter Crew

Prove that it wasn't? I think his argument is fair regarding the historical significance of the first black president. Obviously there is no way to prove it just as you have no way of disproving his theory.

questions someones intelligence
"liberals and their policies is "
explain your post, what liberal policies are wrong with this country? what do you not agree with? throwing blanket statement like does nothing, and anyone with any sort of intelligence would question a statement like regardless of the side it was directed at.

While it is certainly embarrassing for President Trump, and some of his supporters concerned with popularity, it literally has no bearing on anything substantive.
President Obama popularity provided him nothing of value, if anything his infatuation with popularity lead to poor legislating, and ironically and ultimately is the cause to the effect that is Donald Trump as President.
In conclusion the pictures are just another attempt to devalue a Presidency in it's infancy.

i sure as hell wouldn't want to go because of the danger of being attacked and the riots. that probably turned off a lot of people. was celebrating in the comfort of my own home though.
if crowds could equate to the ability of a president, then obama should have been the opposite if what he was. We're All Gonna Make It

I dont know how anyone couldnt see the signifigance of the 1st black POTUS. I voted for Obama in 2008. After Bush single handidly ruined the republican party with pointless wars and a ruined economy, there was no way a republican was going to win the presidency. And obama was exciting back then. Btw I voted for trump in 2016. We probably wont see a candidate as popular as obama was in 2008 for a loooooong time.

Trump has the lowest favorability rating of any incoming President. He has a 40% approval rating whereas Obama was at 78% just before inauguration.
Why any news organization is reporting the lower turnout as 'news' is about as relevant as reporting on the sky being blue. If anything his crowds were higher than expected. It's just a ride...

You really cant take that approval rating srsly when these polls have an oversampling of democrats. Its the same reason polls had hillary up big in states she lost. They oversampled democrats. Why anyone quotes polls after this past year is silly to me.
They did the same thing with obamas approval rating after leaving office. Its not an accurate representation of the actual world we live in.EMT/Firefighter Crew

People are missing the biggest and simplest fact.
The District of Columbia has roughly 600,000 the vast majority (90%+) are Liberal Democrats. 50% African American, 44% White, and 6% Asian. They did not attend President Trump's Inauguration. let's say half went to President Obama's in 2009, and that is an additional 300,00 not including a percentage of the 5.4 Million in the surrounding D.C. Suburbs of Maryland, and Virginia, that are also predominantly Liberal Democrats.
As someone that lives in the area, anything of historical importance becomes a huge draw for the local populace, however in this case with lines drawn and divisions deep, you weren't getting that.

Im suggesting that the polling on favorability is about as accurate as election polls were in battleground states trump ended up winning.
Edit: Maybe we could use Trumpers' favourite substitute during the campaign and use crowd size.EMT/Firefighter Crew

1. Clean coal is 'cleaner' that the only assumption it makes. nobody thinks burning coal is waste free, and I don't think trump ever mentioned an attack on solar.
2. net neutrality is not for the consumer, it would have no impact at all on you and your home internet costs, its a terrible idea and it only serves behemoth organizations like Netflix from having to pay more than you for priority internet traffic, which is dumb, the amount of internet bandwidth is finite, and Netflix accounts for tons of it, shouldn't they pay more for the use or be throttled? no isp is actively blocking anything in the United states, but let legislate them to be unable too, so that, if and when they decide to modify a law for censorship it's already on the books. makes sense. I find its a slippery slope to just regulate willy nilly.

I laugh at this false sense of superiority you ppl have. You have to trump up fake outrage to make yourselves feel relevant...pathetic.
If trump supporters were a minority, trump would have lost. And the republicans would not have maintained control of the senate or congress.. Hillary only had about 1% more of the vote. Hardly signifigant and obviosly not signifigant enough to change the outcome of the election.
Secondly, the republican party on a national level is a majority party. The democrats are a minority party. They havnt been this powerless on a national lvl in almost 100 years...
Lastly, only about 1/3 of the electorate voted in this election. Of that 1/3, you democrats got 1% more of the vote, thanks to california... in other words, you got half of that 1/3rd of those who voted. Simple math will tell you that isnt a majority... you are NOT as signifigant as you would like to think...thats all im saying. Keep coping tho.
Edited to add Trump supporters arent a minority in 30 out of 50 states. Cope harder!!!Last edited by Jrd86; 01-21-2017 at 12:26 PM.
