You keep referencing this like this is something that ever happened. Any time people have budget issues here we point them to Target where they can get Merona clothes for less than $25 logoless.

I really don't know if anyone pays attention to logos nearly as much as you seem to. I have a PRL shirt on now. I can't say I really thought too much about it.

Ok so why do you all have an obsession with sh*tty tacky brands like ralph lauren that are usually worn by losers in the ghetto pretending to look rich while they live in projects?

Why dont you guys just buy a shirt from HM for 10% of the price, the only difference is it doesnt have a horse logo on it.

Huge quality difference. Not enough to make me pay full price for a PRL shirt, but no one in here ever does. The only people who pay full price for PRL are 60 year old men who exclusively shop at Belk.

Also, I'm having a hard time finding grey chinos that fit. Like, anywhere. I was thinking of trying the Haggar straight fit from Target and just having the lower leg tapered. Any thoughts? I can't really spend obscene amounts of money.

Haven't tried their chinos yet, they are on the casual side though. Seem to have a good sized thigh. Measure against another pair though before pulling the trigger. They have all the measurements on the site.

Don't have your wheels, I can fit in 511s for example, but I like Haggar chinos. So I can't attest to the fit, but I can definitely tell you they're quality.

I've bought most of my wood hangers from Walmart or IKEA.

Curious though if anyone knows a bulk place, would love to buy like 1000 and replace our whole closet so that they are all the same hangers.

New house has double walk in closets in the master. Closed on Friday, moving in next week. Probably will be foregoing any clothing or pen buys for a bit while I get the place furnished and decorated appropriately.

RE: your question in the previous thread on LE chinos, I only have experience with their Canvas line. Quality is nice, but depending on your legs the slim fit can be quite slim. The 608s I own are also quite stiff (a risk I knowingly took). For a cheaper option, I would recommend not "being better than the gap" and browsing their sales section.

Thanks, I went ahead and ordered a pair because if they don't fit I can easily return them at Sears right by my house. If they don't fit I'll definitely check out other places like gap maybe

Also love knockaround. I will say though that the gloss finish ones will lose the coating if you wear them and sweat in them enough. My matte black ones never had this issue, but I wore my tortoise shell ones working outside for 10 hours a day for about a month and it started to peel slightly behind the ear. It isn't noticeable and I would still recommend them over any other glasses under $50, and they're only $35 at most.
