brah, you look just like a friend of mine I have. dead scary srs.
anyways, you look dirty brah. My friend had that problem til he cleaned himself up e.i. clothes (not so much the shirts you are wearing in the first pic), shave (or at least keep it clean and not so long), none greasy hair unless you comb it nicely. you look like a half-ass hipster. i've seen worse, you just gotta clean up a bit
and lift. your confidence would increase with that.

Who knows.
If it will boost your confidence, consider trying something new.
If I were you I'd get my hair trimmed and shave the beard. You can trim around your eyebrows at home and they will look cleaner but also thicker.
Usually every 2-3 weeks I spend 5 minutes on my eyebrows. Trimmer with no guard in the center unibrow, line them up. Trim the top outline with a scissors. Shave the light, soft hairs across the top. Then I brush the arc up and trim the outline to the end.
You can line up your eyebrows using a pencil on either side of your nose. Google it if you want but you don't have to do it every time.
Threading will do essentially the same thing but much better. They just clean up around the eyebrow shape.
Also, you're definitely good looking, but your left eye looks a bit different from the right. I'm sure it's normal, but a large part of modelling is just having a symmetrical face. It's how we automatically perceive people. The more symmetrical the better.
I'd take some advice in this thread if I were you and then just forget about it. Don't make yourself insecure. Improve what you can and accept the things you can't.

SHAVE THE CRAP OFF YOUR FACE
CUT YOUR HAIR (short at the sides, medium/long on top and by medium/long I mean medium/long, not that waterfountain thing you have)
You aren't smiling with your teeth which probably means they're yellow/could do with some whitening - so whiten them up. In any case, show a nice white smile.
Your skin looks quite dull and tired, though it may be the lighting. Drink more water, a lot more water, and use a moisturiser.
Then your dress sense....it isn't good. You don't have to buy expensive to look good. Don't wear crap with logos on it. Wear nice slim fitting black and white v neck t-shirts for starters, you can pick them up for nothing. That would be better than anything you have on in that photo. Pick up some trousers from Zara or jeans from Diesel. Get a nice coat/jacket, you're done.
You have potential, thankfully you can raise yourself a lot by doing some quick and easy things. A weekend should raise you 3 points up at least.
