Hmmmm. That may be a good compromise. I was going to slide a couple 2.5 lbs plates under my ankles on some practice squats to see if that makes a difference. I know it won't make or break the squat, but my knees have been feeling really awful and twitchy in Chucks.

I pulled 405 last night for the first time ever without straps. Switched grip to under hand with left and over hand grip with right. Felt much better.

Nice! Pulled 405# raw on rack pulls last week for 4 reps. The bar makes all the difference in the world for me. No knurled, no want. Hoping to pull it once on actual DL's this week. Been trying to switch up grip as well and not play favorites as to which is over and which is under. Measley reps on recharge for that raw pull.
