Can't believe my thread got stolen... Guess Bill just hates me. That's what I get for not posting for 3 days I guess.
Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

So after this meet I'm back down to 210ish. I tried running with my 2 year old at the park the other day, and I had to keep screaming snake! So she would stop lmao. I swear she will be a legit athlete/track star.

Anyone know of bars/plates treated to be all weather? Thinking about opening my own outdoor gym and I've found everything that'll hold up but this stuff. Trying to maximize on the obstacle race / crossfit trend without getting too novel. 5k trail track with racks, platforms, and climbs / obstacles along the way. Even if it makes no money it would be fun as hell to work out on.

After seeing a hard workout you may want to complain and want others to pity you for the work you have to do. Your mom will pity you. Your girl will pity you. I may pity you, but your competition will not pity you. They will step on you, walk over you and spit on you. Boris Sheiko
