You can rob people at gun point or lie to their faces and seem nice about it, doesn't make him a stand up dude lol. You want some tips? Get injections and tattoo's all over your body so you stand out. Claim it's all real muscle. Get a sponsorship and market the @#*& out of your fake persona and profit! As long as you're still nice to people on the outside idiots will still think you're a stand up person so where is the harm??
Or just be like Lady gaga and wear meat suits. Or like Nicki Minaj, Justin Bieber, etc etc etc etc.
You want financial tips? Be fake as *&#@ bro.

Quoted for truth.
Why would a wealthy business man get a sponsorship with a sh*tty supplement company and work a f*ckin booth for a living?
I do like the recent video interviews with Ric though. It was funny when he dodged Ric's question about his own synthol use, and how he states he works arms 3 times a week to give an impression that his arms are a result of high frequency training lol. Bodybuilders are usually broke as fuk and habitual liars.

When I watched the first few of those Mutant videos I thought while he was amusing, I though he came off like a dick.
Though since the first ones, he has done a complete 180, been himself and been a cool dude. His interviews with Ric Drasin on Rics Corner are awesome too."It is far more important to understand, than to be understood." - Bill Russell

The apartment complex I used to live at was 1200 a month, and it had a ton of apartments. Maybe 200-300. Owning 3 high end apartment complexes in California could easily net a mil a month before expenses. Most apartments require you to pay for your own utilities as well I know I did.

In for the I don't care what he does group. If it was so easy to skull crush 225lbs for reps on fake muscles. Then everyone would be doing it right? About his money, again who cares.... Hate gets no where in life. But being positive will get you a long way.
