Yeah you could just buy BCAAs instead of leucine, but they're more expensive. I only bought leucine for the supposed supraphysiological mTOR activation before I did IF and I had a small meal. Now it just kind of sits there. Beta Alanine is definitely not a preworkout.

****ing hard. My shoulder was feeling tweaky, my belt was too tight, and it sucked. Geared up. Doesn't help that I skipped 3 weeks.

Pretty easy. Not sure if I want to triple 405 next week or 395. We shall sea.

Thanks. Are you talking about the 275 or the 185? Both are low- but they have different reasons.
185 today- Wednesday is a light squat day.
275 on other days- I've ****ed up my hip, I've quit squatting for long periods of time, I'm not a very good squatter in general, and I hate it. But I'm working on it and improving pretty well. Probably going to do 295 on Freitag.
Fried PBJ is something one of my buddies told me about, made it for the first time. Was good. The Sausage thing I took from work, was good. The chocolate milk was on dat Hershy's syrup time, was good.

It was kind of ****ed up from pulling ridiculous width sumo and squatting at a geared/monolift foot width, and then one day I was squatting and I pulled an Ed Coan except it was my hip instead of my knee, put me out of any real squatting for a couple months and I had to completely change the way I pulled and squatted.
Hopefully will squat 315 for 5 before November hits, even if I'm only pulling like 405 for a triple. That would even it out a bit.
