is there an intra better than VPX power shock?

from my personal experience Intrabolic, IntraFuse, and Xtend are better than Power Shock. yes i'll admit Power Shock has a good taste but other than that i didn't really see anything special from that product.

Highly hydrolyzed protein high in short chain di and tripeptides has some very unique benefits and are the core of IntrAbolic's formula. Yeah it has an additional 5.5 GRAMS of free-form EAA's per serving which is more than many BCAA or EAA products. And while ffAA's are impressive, short chain peptides are much more so, further separating IntrAbolic from any ffEAA or ffBCAA product.

I've come to the conclusion, that many on here could care less how effective their amino-acid product is, as long as it tastes like nothing more than crystal light. Over years and years being on here, I've seen people go on and on about flavoring of certain products but almost NEVER do they make mention of the products effectiveness, or if its even benefiting them in any way. They want a sweet tasting powder to sip on throughout the day, so they can tell themselves they are staying anabolic. Of course we now know that is likely counter productive and lessons the anabolic response but thats another point all together.

While there's nothing wrong with a product tasting good and both flavors of IntrAbolic certainly do. But when almost the only thing people talk about is the flavor of a product(not including protein powders) I find that very telling of how lacking a product is from an actual efficacious standpoint.

Nothing to do with the powershock btw, just an observation over the years on some bcaa products in general.

you could go with either Intrabolic or Betancourt's Bullrush...both great products

Sizeon is the best and it's not even close. Xtend to me much like BSN Aminox tastes like a very very watered down koolaid. Sure xtend does have some quality ingredients but for me taste is very important for a intra.

Power Shock and Sizeon have great profiles and the best tastes for a intra. Intrabolic comes close but not quite.

got a powershock so ill give it a shot. Could really care less about BA intraworkout, but the formula gets great reviews. Itll be great to see if something can touch sizeon.

SizeOn has creatine in it doesn't it?? Just wondering because personally I don't really consider a preworkout "type" supplement as an "intra" supplement. Pretty much just sip on some PW and or bulk BCAA's in some G2...

Yes, and the creatine is one of the central blends to the formula. However sizeon is definitely an intra, you might be thinking of MAX. Sizeon has hydrolyzed whey, BCAAs, LOLA, glycerol salts, creatine blend, sustamine, and carb blend which kicks ass. Not to mention, the non-half assed forms of useful vitamins like methylcobalamin. Honestly nothing I have had can touch it. I usually lift for 2 hours or more at a time so its all trial by fire.

I said "personally..." I usually just take mine pre and then sip on BCAA's. I can obviously see the BCAA's intra, but why would you want to sip on creatine during a workout?? I might do it if there's a good reason...

meh, I would rather get all the formula of sizeon than bother with BA intra, which I would avoid.

You might not need creatine intra, but at least there is no detriment to taking it intra.

I'm just used to taking my pre's and waiting for a while for it to "settle" so to speak. I'm not sure how I'd like taking in that whole profile during my workout. That's obviously just a personal preference though and there are some people that it doesn't bother of course...
