Good luck everyone! I wish I lived in the States
I think I'm gonna start a transformation the day after tomorrow and just start a thread for those willing to do a 12-week-transformation outside of the US. Just for the motivation. I wish I could participate in the official one but I understand that we can't.
I'll be cheering on you guys, though!

Even though a Journal/Log is not required I made one anyways.
Was already keeping a Journal but just made a new one to make things neat and tidy.

Thanks! Even though I'm sure some individuals looking from the outside in are thinking we are crazy for starting it before the holidays (at least my co-workers are, lol) but I really think we will be better for it. Could've been an extra 5 lbs from peanut butter fudge we had to lose on top of the weight already in the new year! I think its exciting just going for it. It's too easy to say "oh I'll start Monday" on a Friday. If you are unhappy with yourself, why would you want to spend 3 more days living that same lifestyle thats brining you down?
So here's to all of us doing it before the holidays...may we be sexy beasts strutting around the Arnold Classic in early March!Bake

Morning all!
Just started the contest last night. The timing is great as I had a bunch of issues stalling my progress this year so just the motivation to get me back on track.
Started up my old log to track progress in my sig.
Goal is to drop 30+ lbs over the course of the contest and hopefully get visible abs for the first time in my life!
Good luck all!

Doing it before the holidays is the way go.doing it now is taking action. Doing it on xx date is leaving room for failure imo. Not that any one who is waiting is going to fail but its just a different way of looking at it.
My supps showed up yesterday! Started my new stack.tomorrow should be an intense back workout!

So I love the meal plan. I haven't ever taken the time to prepare my food at the begining of the week but it has help so much. I am never hungry and I have a hard time consuming that much food. I have way more energy and my mood is better too. Thank you bodybuilding.com for helping me reach my goals.

Gettin amped for this one!
What better timing!! It's been a rough year for so many people.. Let's make 2011 count! I can't believe what my body looks like after a year of basically overtraining and crash dieting for competitions (yes I know that's not how it's done)then rebounding..HARD. Its time to clean it up. I'm about to post the before pictures and oh, is it bad! Its truly embarrassing!! It takes balls to do what were about to do! Good luck!!

[QUOTE=wstsidetat;598004253]I'm in! Will be registering January 8th. I got to have time to get a game plan. 12 weeks is 12 weeks. I need some time to get focused, and have rock solid plan. This would be a great nest egg for my daughters college savings! Good luck everyone
