That In and Out burger sounds good, I heard it's good. Unfortunally we don't have it here in Europe.

Great weekend. I am loving this fall weather and the food on Saturday was awesome. I love home cooked food especially when I don't have to make it. I'd say the only thing I somewhat regret is the 2 double spicies on sunday night. They were good but I should be more disciplined. On sunday morning I weighed in at 204 lbs. Not too happy about that but not discouraged at all as I am getting more defined. I signed up for a body analysis next Saturday at the gym. It's like the most accurate BF% test done in a water tank and they will tell me my BMI and how many calories I should be eating for my desired physique. I don't really think all this is necessary but I thought it would be cool just to do and know where I am at. I will post the results next week.Last edited by BIGrob84; 10-20-2009 at 07:34 AM.

Tuesday: 10/20/09
Workout:
Legs
Nutrition:
Brkfst: Coffee
Lunch: Chow Mein, Kung Pao Chicken, Fire Chicken, Mtn. Dew
Dinner: 10 Hot Wings, 3 Potato Wedges, 64 oz. of Bud Light
Notes:
The leg workout was good as I went a little easy on myself and left out compounds that I normally do every week (Squats and Deadlifts). Instead I isolated the muscles using various machines. Still a great workout. Nutrition could have been a little better but I'm still happy. I've also been thinking of doing a slow cut to maintain more muscle. I'm thinking of cutting 250 cals instead of 500. But idk. Like I mentioned in a previous post this Saturday I am going to get tested for LBM, BF%, BMI, etc. So we will see how I feel after that.LOGIC / emotion = CONTROL

Workout:
Chest
Nutrition:
Brkfst: Coffee
Lunch: 2 Chicken Chalupas, 1 Crunchy Taco, Fruit Punch
Misc: 5-6 Bud Lights
Notes:
For some reason Taco Bell really fills me up. I wasn't hungry at all after lunch. Chest workout was freakin killer. I am using DB's in lieu of BB's for my Bench/Incline workouts. For incline I was repping with the 70 lb. DB's and for flat I was repping 80 lb. DB's. My chest was pumped at the end. So the Dodgers lost... I don't really care but I was hoping to see the Angels vs. Dodgers for the world series. Oh well.LOGIC / emotion = CONTROL

Bodyfat Testing
So this morning I went to the gym and was submerged into a tank (kind of like Wolverine!) and I was tested for BF and LBM. Here it is
BF % = 25% (I didn't see this coming, fuuuuuuuuuuuu)
LBM = 156 lbs
To lose 1-2 lbs per week i must consume 2025 cals daily
The chick that did it started preaching to me about meal frequency (5-6 meals a day). I didn't say anything cause I didn't go there for a debate but damn! This is really encouraging me to lose this fat. Jesus Christ.
So here is what I am thinking:
Brkfast/PWO: 50g Whey (240 cals)
Lunch: 500 cals
Before Leaving Work: 50g Whey (240 cals)
Dinner: 750 cals
Before Bed: 50g Casein (230 cals)
= 1960 cals
*Alcohol will be limited on weekends
*I will start running on Sundays
*I will attend BJJ twice a week
*Same Weight Lifting Routine

I'm gonna do it people! Ah man... I guess I could share this... So it turns out that there are mice in the field trailer that I work in and it got to my protein. I got the 10lb bag of ON Whey, kind of like a dog food bag. Anywho, the mice got to it. There I am drinking, finishing up my shake around 3 pm and I felt chunks in my mouth. Sure... I thought... it could be protein chunks. Nope. Mouse ****. FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU. Luckily i didn't eat it and I have a toothbrush and toothpaste in my desk. May I repeat.. FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Chest workout was brutal. As I noted previously I have switched to DB's for Bench and Incline. The isolation of my pecs make me feel like my strength will increase. I kept the 70lb DB's for the whole workout. Nutrition is going great. Everytime I eat I feel like I am getting closer to my goals.LOGIC / emotion = CONTROL

Man I have been tired this week. I am still recooperating from the weekend. The workout was good. I burned my chest and my shoulders, probably not the same as splitting the day but it was good for what it was. I worked out after work cause I slept in.. so tired I am really motivated and will continue to strive towards a lower BF%. I am also considering making all of my own lunches to take to work and only going out for lunch on fridays. Let's see if I can do it.LOGIC / emotion = CONTROL
