'01... very nice. I was lurking for a while too. Untill I made my first post in need of some specifc advice to me. I truly got in the gym Feb 01... so sometime between then and aug 02 I starting just sponging info.

Was overweight in HS, started working front desk at Lifetime Fitness in 2001. Started messing around and losing weight. It felt good. I continued to learn and grow, I became in great shape. I became a PT/Body builder and helped others do the same. I lost track of my goals and gained a stupid amount of weight.

NOW my old self is looking to come out.. and BE BACK! hehe

That was your first post?! WTF! And here I was blabbing about eating soy nuts. Things have really changed. Funny thing was, back in 2004 I was 165 lbs and "cutting." I had no muscle on me. Now, at 29, I'm 217lbs and feeling so much better.
