BRB time lifting = 1.5-2 year(s)
BRB time cutting 1 year
BRB time spent on gaining mass 0.5-1 year
Seriously, come back when you have 6-8 years of BULKING under your belt and then b*tch...."And oh, the marvel of it! the marvel of it! That tiny men should live and breathe and work, and drive so frail a contrivance of wood and cloth through so tremendous an elemental strife!" -Jack London

Natty lifting sucks. I've been lifting for almost 4 and a half years (pretty much clean bulking the whole time) and I don't look much different than I did last year. Which is why I'm hopping on a bike soon (srs)

this
the truth is that nobody knows their own limit, so until you get to the point where it's extremely difficult to make any sort of gains or put on size, don't complain about natty lifting. it's your decision whether to ride a bike but you should probably test the kinds of gains you can make on a long-term basis with a proven routine and a sound diet.

in risk of a neg you are only 18 OP, give yourself life to gain experience before saying such a thing...Also what is your version of BIG and shredded.
Anyone that posts pics of themselves on the misc that is actually big and cut is accused of being on something.Last edited by Zerafian; 07-17-2012 at 01:52 PM.

I can understand why some natty guys want to shred themselves, but well that's the price you pay i.e. not looking as if you're lifting in a shirt. My advice would be just do constant slow bulking and don't care about abs showing up, at least i don't. I am not fat neither do i have a slobby fat belly, but i don't have visible abs as well...however at least i look as if i lift both in shirt and without it.
...or an alternative would be, keep bbing and bulking while do some good cardio 2-3 a week as well. That might burn the fat and still keep the muscles. Either way, just train and stfu

That would be a strawman argument because it's easy to refute and I don't think any successful natty athlete says that.
A better statement would be: it takes years of specified training towards progressive overload because you can work hard and be dedicated but it doesn't mean you'll accomplish anything if your training isn't working towards your goal.http://www.********.com/valenzuelatech

btw in case it sounds like I am telling everyone to juice, I'm not. What you don't realize until after a while, is that you will have to keep buying more and more stuff, then extra supps, then ai's, then all sorts of other stuff and the cost becomes pretty high over time. It is hard to look past it at first...but once you get started, your life pretty much changes. it all comes down to how important your physique is to you

Imo many heavyweight figters either MMA or Boxing have good natty builds. (some did use steroids before as Brock Lesnar, Aliester Overeem etc.) but there are natty fighters that have a heavy weightlifting routine and fighting cardio routine and they achieve pretty good results:
but nowhere close to the steroid users.
