Bulk Juice!!!
A clean bulk that i've had alot of success with has consisted of Pasteurized liquid egg whires, Whey isolate and Hydrolized cassein protein, 5 g pure creatine monohydrate, 7g leucine, honey, unsweetened coconut water without the pulp (can of Goya), cinnammon, oats, water.
I make this all from scratch but the trouble is well worth it since sucrose from most premixed name brand weight gainers make me bloat.

I'm a little skeptical when it comes to weight gainers. I figure that all you need is a regular protein supplement along with an increase in diet and a change in workout program. However, I bought Cytosport's Cyto gainer and wow! I went from 145lbs to 175 in three months! I was suprised with my results. I figured that it was because I had slimmed down for swim season and it was easy to gain the pounds back, but a 30lb increase was far more than expected. Try Cyto Gainer.

Size Up
My favorite weight gainer would have to be SIZE UP by MetRx. It is fairly new and i am on my third tub. I have recently competed for my first time this past july at 195 lbs. I started taking this weight gainer soon after. I have gained about twenty pounds of strictly lean muscle due to cardio and taking fat burners with a clean diet. My strenght is through the roof... About six months ago i was weighing 240 lbs. I am about 215 right now and i am stronger than i was at 240. Therefore this is by far my favorite weight gainer. SIZE UP

Tried muscle milk: didn't work
tried cyto gainer: didn't work
tried muscle juice: didn't work
mixed all 3 up in a big tub- BEST WEIGHT GAINER ON EARTH!
The muscle milk took too long to digest but is diluted with the other two so it acts as a short medium and long term provider of protein and carbs, muscle juice didnt dissolve all that well, but it had good vitamins and good source of cals from a varity of different sources(egg, milk, soy, maltodextrin, fructose, medium chain triglycerides), And cyto gainer has the whey hydrolysate and more and varied sugar sources(5 different forms of sugar, sweet!), plus of the 3 it mixes the best.
overall, all 3 products could use more whey hydrolysate and simple dextrose, leaving the mix a bit lacking, but non-the-less, it still works great for me!

I love ProLab N-Large 2. Its nice for lactose intolerant people such as myself. I take 4 scoops twice a day. Extra 1200 calories, Carbs 170, Protein 104
NICE"The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go, but two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds."

I like MHP's Up Your Mass. Good ratio of carbs, protein, and good fats. It mixes well and tastes really good. Another one that i liked was MuscleMeals by MuscleLink.
