thanks and no lol. first thing i did was get off greenmag, second no cheat food, third switched up my routine, and lastly i did cardio like twice a week (basketball). back in like January i took the cliched advice to eat eat eat and i got carried away and got to like 14% bodyfat. eat eat eat is NOT the key, don't stuff your face with sh!t all day, eat quality food. have like 5 meals a day.

I don't. I have a set number of reps for each set that i do. sometimes at the end of a bicep workout I'll grab some 30's and curl them to failure but thats about it.
