I just started doing some Crossfit and even though I hate them.... in a demented way I love Power/Clean/Jerks because I have so much trouble getting through them and feel so accomplished afterwards.

Favorite: just about any excercise for lats and shoulders. I suppose I like them because I've made more solid gains in those two body parts than any other to date.
Least favorite: lying leg curls! They make me feel like a complete wimp.paolo59

squats are always a fav.
however I really like big forearms, so dead lifts using an overhand grip without straps with light weight for really high reps, best forearm workout there is, in fact thats the main reason I enjoy deads (traps second on that).
those deads hit the forearms like squats hit the legs, awsome stuff, and as basic as it gets.
If I don't enjoy it I usually don't train it to answer the least fav.

Love weighted dips, I just seem made to do them, I can get a great range of movement and seem to always be able to make progress without any real strategy.
I dislike squats, though I have thrown everything at them, maybe it is because I have long legs but I have put more effort and thought into making progress in squats than anything else, but just never seem to get anywhere.
