I would certainly think it's more important, in the end, to get your nutrition right. And work the supplements around it. So, if you have to drink the protein intra-workout, then I would do Glutacene an hour or so later. It will still get to your muscles for recovery.
    I train at home.
    Luv my home gym <3

I could do the Glutacene after my workout for a recovery drink
    Thanks Leah!!

Yay, and let the muscle-building continue....Even More!!!

Joan, I agree I think Glutacene will definitely give you some advantages you are looking for in terms of recovery and enhanced performance during your workouts.

Good morning.. I did it again, I woke Waay earlier than I wanted. Just woke up..huumm? lol..don't know why, but I feel great and energenic!
And the energy, showed in todays Leg training!

Today is the last day of the 'Shredded Quad Program'
It left me wobbly, fatigued, and happy with burned-out legs
(I will be going back to my 'variation cycling program' with my legs on next Leg Day...Heavy squatting!)

I took Leah's advice and took the Glutacene after my training, instead of having it before with my pre-w/o protein powder.
This way I can fuel my w/o before with the whey, then I will use the Glutacene afterwards for recovery!
    hehe, happy.

Today I took pills of NO-Beta!
    Yesss!
    Great Pumps! Super Rush!
It helped with my High Rep Leg Training!!

    LEGS
Preforming each exercise one each all the way through..then going back doing it two more times!
    Whew!

Wow it looks like your are really getting a lot from the NO-BETA in terms of energy and pump. I am really looking forward to seeing what it does for me. Fitty placed an order for me on May 26th so I am eagerly awaiting the package. I also work out in the early a.m. in my dungeon and anything to get the motor spooled up and revving and the oil flowing has to be a bonus.

The volume and weights for your body size continue to be very impressive, well that or FREAKIN CRAZY . How long did that leg session take? I doubt I could have done all that in 2 hours.
    UP the IRONS!

Wow, fantastic work Joan! And yeah, defintiely a smart choice to take your glutacene post work out, I think you'll like it there a lot better than pre work out in terms of recovery, and it just tastes great after a nice hard workout.

Hi, Joan. Cardio is King lol or at least that's what I am told. haha

Glutacene will supply your muscle with the nutrients needed to sustain recovery and to allow you to do more (BCAA's). It is best sipped slowly through your workout to ensure your muscle is continuously fed through your workout. I sip mine after each routine.

As far as using it during cardio, I personally do. I like the results it provides me and definitely can tell a difference in my performance when I use it versus when I have run out.

Compliments are definitely the best sign of improvement, keep up the great work Joan! And yeah, I like Glutacene for cardio, I find it keeps me motivated to push harder. Maybe get a water bottle next to you and have that as something to chug on in between sips of Glutacene? Just tossing some ideas out there!

    Found Them!! Yaaaay!

    Today's training:
    Heavy: 4-6reps Week 9B

    I took my 4 NO-Betas....kicked in 10min into workout!
    Great power, endurance!
I am noticing I am not 'fatiguing', not feeling so 'wiped-out' in the same manner as before taking NO-Beta.
I still feel the force of the exercises, and the burn of the muscles being taxed...but in a power/force kind of way.
    ...ya know what I mean?

    It's Good!

    BICEPS

    BB Curls
    65: 6-6-7-7
    *55: 9

    Preacher(Spider)Curls
    62.5: 7-7-7-7
    *55: 10-9

    DB Hammer Curls
    35: 6-7-7-7
    *25: 11

--Good Hard Pump!...with a touch of BURN!

    TRICEPS

    Close-Grip Bench
    105: 8-8-8-8
    *85: 9-10

DB Skull Cushers -- new for me.
    20: 13
    25: 11-12
    30: 8

    DB Reverse Kick-Backs (both arms)
    30: 15
    35: 12-12
    40: 8

    Single-Arm- Over-Head DB Ext.
    35:8-8-7-8
    *Both: 13

    Standing French Press
    50: 10-12-13-13

    --Whew! Tight, Hard, Burn!!

    CARDIO

30min between TM, ELP and Recumbent Bike

    --Whew! Sweaty!

After workout I took my Glutacene...YUM!
I can tell by now that my muscles are getting the nutrients needed to sustain recovery from Glutacene....from yesterday's heavy back..I used to get BIG DOMS. Today I have some soreness/tightness but not like before taking Glutacene.
This is GOOD News....This means my muscles are absorbing the BCAA's and repairing, feeding from the nutrients!
    Yaaaay!

Because I train first thing in morning, I will fuel myself with Whey Protein first.
Then I am using Glutacene as an 'after recovery'.

    Because according to kdavidsonttm:
"The Glutacene with the protein sounds really good, I don't know if I would want to mix the two as the protein intra-workout will pull blood flow to the stomach instead of the muscle tissue to aid the digestive process and it may also block some of the BCAAs from being absorbed into the blood stream as well reducing the overal recovery benefits."

I am using Glutacene as an 'after recovery' supplement to have my muscles absorb the BCAA's for repairing and feeding from the nutrients!

Very smart. Post workout, muscles are like sponges, give them the fuel, and recovery AND growth will be awesome.

Good work Joan. And kudos for you being able to stomach a protein drink during a workout, I feel like a chicken because I can barely stomach my POW protein sometimes haha. Your workout looks great!
