I don't like oats, but I know I must eat oats because that's what this naked guy in the locker room told me. My question is: can I buy a supplement that I can take the place of oats?

Do I have to eat 643 grams of protein per day to stay anabolic? I'm having trouble getting that much protein from Gummi bears. I must eat only Gummi bears because I need to spike my insulin otherwise how can I expect to grow muscle in my toes.
