The hate that the top 1% get is bs. Liberals only target corporate dudes who work their asses off to build a legacy and provide jobs. They ignore the Celebs who earn just as much. Then again libs don't follow much logic. It's not the cool thing to hate on celebs earning the top 1%

i. Currency was built upon abstract principles. It doesn't actually exist.
ii. Money only governs the behaviors of individuals that value it above themselves and/or have an incomplete understanding of it.
iii. Unlike you I could survive in a system that is contingent upon bartering, trading, or pure self-reliance (e.g. managing your own property & agriculture w/o external assistance).

If you're going to use the term "mentally ill", at least get it right according to the DSM or ICD.
It's not an illness, but a disorder - a disorder that does not affect thinking or reasoning capabilities, but rather devices that coordinate imagination & memory.
Dealing with an external imagination & selective memory actually takes a fortitude you couldn't possibly comprehend. You either survive or die (srs, many times by suicide). #geteducated

Says the person who drives on publicly funded roads and has 24/7 access to emergency services like ems, firefighters, and law enforcement on top of 12 years of publicly funded education. How much did you personally pay for your entire middle school and high school education, textbooks, facilities, and teachers? Like what exact amount was the money you gave?
Go live in a 3rd world country if you're so against taxes or shut up and stop complaining

What caused me to shift from being a staunch liberal/socialist to being a conservative/libertarian was graduating from college and having to work full-time, especially when I started in the private sector. I somehow thought it was going to be easy for me to get a job as a social studies teacher in a public school, but it absolutely was not, and eventually I started working in a different industry. I used to think that I was entitled to a good job with a good income because I worked so hard in college, but then I realized that that means nothing in the real world if one's education and work experience are not relevant to the job that he/she is trying to get.
I'm currently unemployed, since the company I was working at went out of business in October, and unfortunately, someone like me with a rather "generic" background of a liberal arts degree (history major) and mostly retail/administrative work has a difficult time getting a job, because there are so many other people with a very similar career background. I do not have any particularly specialized skills, and my teacher certification means nothing if I'm not working as a teacher. However, I realize now that I only have myself to blame, and that life is just not fair and no one owes anyone anything. Other people have their problems too, and we just need to deal with them. Also, being mad at other people for being successful, and blaming others for one's failures, is a sign of immaturity.Make Fihe Not Fat Again.

In order to compete, businesses that cannot offer the lowest prices are going to have to offer some kind of competitive advantage. If consumers only cared about low prices, stores like Bloomingdale's and Neiman Marcus would not exist.
For example, I live in New Jersey, where ShopRite is the most popular supermarket chain because it offers the lowest prices. I shop there pretty often, but only after 9pm when it's less crowded. Other than that, I go to Stop & Shop because while the prices are generally higher, they do have a wide selection of products, pretty good sales, and it's consistently less busy than ShopRite, so I can shop in peace. My mom likes buying produce at the local farmer's market because it's better quality than the produce at the supermarkets, even though it's further away from our house. I'm not sure how the prices are there in comparison to ShopRite, but apparently the quality of the produce is enough of an incentive for people to buy from there.Make Fihe Not Fat Again.
