hey reading through ur log i notice u take the stak at different times and u sometimes take 1 pill or 2 pills once or twice a day specially with the pm pills. i just got mine and in the mail, this is my first time taking them, how would u suggest me taking them. im trying to eat as clean as i can following a high protein, moderate carb and low fat diet.
btw u know if it would be safe to take some nos products while taking the am/pm pills, or taking them both at the same time would be useless

yea man.. glad to have you
this is my recommendation... go low carb (especially low sugar) if you can and increase your healthy fat intake to make up for some of the lost carbs...
i would start off at 1 pill 2 times each day for both am and pm and see how it makes you feel... i wouldn't take a no product unless it was caffeine free since you're gonna get plenty of caf with the am...200lbs. . . . . . . . . . . . I'll rep back 800+ :)

When i stepped on the scale today i was quite supprised to see that i was under 200lbs... I just have been doing a lot of work studying for tests and working on projects... i'm getting less sleep than i normally do, and i guess stress plays a factor. Well I am just the luckiest guy on the planet thats how i got gout,lol. Im finally on some stuff that is taking it away after almost 2 weeks of this ****. On the other hand the stress the gout was putting on my body caused me to develope a small case of shingles,lol. Its already an awesome month for me and my goals,lol.
