coming to an end
Well, looks like this Log will be coming to in end soon. Will be finishing up the log Monday, with the review and pics up Tuesday.
I feel as if WLS def. helped me this month in aiding in my weight loss. If I can get down 2 more lbs by Monday and I will have lost 10 lbs while taking WLS.
Had me an early morning workout and then after I ate lunch went outside to cut the front and back yard (push mower). So I am done for today! Rest of the day is relaxation in the good ole AC!
Lat PD

160 x 10, 160 x 10, 160 x 10
Seated Rows
160 x 11, 160 x 11, 180 x 10
Seated Lateral Shoulder Raise
20 x 10, 20 x 10, 25 x 10
Lying Cable Curl (weight is per side)
40 x 10, 45 x 10, 50 x 10
Standing Cable Curl (weight per side)
50 x 10, 50 x 10, 50 x 10
Front Raise <SS> Lat Raise
3 sets of 20 x 10
The end I did Ab Ripper X (P90X). Ended up lying there for a while afterwards lol.
Will get some Leg workouts in tomorrow and finish up Monday."Only the Strong survive"

Dang sorry I couldnt see the pics on my phone. Will look on later. That said youve noted a big decrease in weight, so something is clicking and the progression has been seen. Nice run buddy!

Yeah I can see the waistband has less strain and more taper on the back than when you started. Triceps have more pop.

Review
Alright, 1 month down with WLS. I did like this supplement and how it aided me in my weight loss.
I stuck with my diet as close as I could and worked out 3-4 times a week when I could and still managed to lose 9 lbs.
Starting weight 210
Current Weight 201
Starting Waist 39.5 in
Current Waist 38 in
Starting Hips 39.5 in
Current Hips 38.5 in
Starting Thigh 25 in
Current Thigh 23 3/4 in
So as you can see I was able to loose weight on the scale and some inches!
Energy for me would be 6/10. I am pretty stim tolerant so MAYBE that is why I did not get much energy from this. This is a 0 added stim product so that is more then likely the case for me not to notice much energy. I say this because I have taken it late in the afternoon a couple hours before bed and it does not mess with my tiredness and being able to fall asleep/stay asleep.
Appetite Control would be 8/10. This did help me from time to time with hunger. It did not take it away fully but it did cut the edge. I felt that the max benefit for the appetite control part was when I took 3 caps instead of 2.
Increase Metabolism I would say 10/10. I give it a 10 due to the amount of weight that was lost. I was eating good and training good, but I do feel this did give me that extra edge in the Metabolism department.
Promoted Positive Mood, would give this a 9/10. I would say I did not have many bad days so I usually had a good positive mood as it was. Maybe helped stay that way throughout the day, but this is really hard to tell / rate this part.
Overall this was a good product and one that I would def. look into in the near future.

That was a very detailed and solid log. I would be happy with the results too 9 lbs or so that's impressive! think perceived changes in mood adds that touch of good vibes for a smooth daily change, and appetite reduction eventually. Thanks again for running this log!
