Alibaba went VERY well on its Hong Kong debut. Maybe this will be the catalyst to push the stock.

for those of you who are into ETFs long term, how many ETFs would you recomend for staying diversified. Obviously theres no point in having so many because many have the same companies in them especially if they are SP 500...so basically how many funds and which sectors? Im currently looking at VPU for the sake of diversification and 2.89 dividend

Cliffs on MO? Why is everyone so horny about it?
Seems like a falling knife in a slowly-dying industry to me.
Of course im also very overweight in pot stocks right now and losing my ass so obviously I have no idea what the hell im doing

MO is sitting on a fuk ton of cash and basically has the money and infrastructure in place to buy out whoever wins the pot wars. MO also has pretty solid stakes in alcohol and just put their guy in charge of Juul. They're basically a sin ETF rolled into one company with a nice dividend. They've shown they're aware of the movement away from cigs, and they're planning accordingly. If you just think they're a cigarette company still you're not seeing the big picture. Is it a gamble? Definitely, but one I'm making - definitely much safer than any weed stocks.

I don't like MO.
Long BTI and PM. They have global exposure and don't tax my dividends 15% like MO does. Unlike MO's market, smoking is actually growing in developing countries.
Their waste of shareholder money on overpriced JUUL and CRON is also questionable. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told you're a god or a total bastard. ^ lol happy thanksgiving indeed stock market boyos!
Good info, been following this company for a while along with other similar one's, is their dividend yield 6.8% yearly also? Probably one of the best companies weed related to get into then, but more research needed imo and I'll probably be sitting anything weed related out now unless I see more dips. Just cashed out my CGC the other day for $1500 profit in a week. Not sure what my next move is weed wise, I'm honestly kind of burnt out on the weed stocks, no pun intended. Still holding ACB and APHA, thank god they went back up a lil
Sold 1/4 of my T last week also for a decent gain, sold around 39.25 kinda wish I sold half but been doing well lately. Their dividend is joocy af too so can't hurt to hold onto them. Like I said before I've gotten about 65 shares for free from T over the years just re-investing the dividend.
I'd say they're a hold right now. Don't think I would buy more T unless it dipped down below 34ish. Sword likes BABA but they're near ATH right now I believe. I stay away from ATH'sLast edited by dopamine72; 11-28-2019 at 09:52 PM.

Wow central planners need to clean this chit up immediately. Open market operations and liquidity injections needed asap.

Glad I scaled back to just 35k in investments for December .. usually market takes losses because of people taking their tax losses

Yeah I've been scaling back too the past 6 months very slowly and patiently. Still hopping on a few big dips here and there with 5k usually. Waiting for something to dip hard and I'll repeat.
Markets really shot up, Nasdaq, DOW and S&P500 were at ATH's a week or two ago so with trade talks still not getting finished today was expected.
Also weed stocks are so low still, wondering if its just gonna stay like this now for a while....The only one I ever really see lately jumping much before it goes back down is CGCJournal: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=139898123&page=240
