[QUOTE=cb7308;685635651] Almost 2 years with little breaks in between, I followed my own nutrition plan based off of reading stuff here and online, I just semi-count my calories. I've changed the amount of days I work out at from 5 down to 4 now I'm up to 6. I focus on weights so right now its 45-50 minutes weights with 20 minutes of jump rope after.

I'm not sure where to start but you guys are definitely inspirational. I was in an accident a few months ago and it inspired me to get into the best shape of my life. I'll be starting my own thread soon but thought I would get your guy's opinions first. I'm only a month in right now. I can't help but notice you guys did things a lil bit different than what I am doing. I had to finish my physical therapy before I could start.
I've made pretty good progress so far for what I am planning to do. I'm in no rush. Giving myself a year on my first goal. I am 29 years old and my goal is for April 13th 2012. That's my 30th birthday. I'm 5' 6.5" tall, and my starting weight was 192 lbs. My goal varies from what most of you have done. My goal is to go up in weight and down in bodyfat at the same time. I've noticed most on here loae weight to achieve their goals. My bodyfat at 192 was 20% so I was carrying around 39 or 40 lbs of fat. In four weeks I've went from 193 and 20% bf to 196 and 18% bf. Now at 196 I'm carrying around 35 lbs of bf. So I've gained 7 lbs of muscle while losing 4 lbs of fat. For me that's amazing. I did that with very little cardio and a very precise diet. I've been averaging 3400 cals. Keeping both carbs and protien around 300 grams per day. Its working great for me so far. Eating a meal every two hrs on average for eight meals a day. Doing two 20 min cardio sessions every 5 days. I'm on a five day training cycle.
I must say that I have a powerlifting background, but haven't lifted seriously for almost 8 years now. Two years ago I was up to 212 lbs and probably 25% bf. I cut soda out then and dropped to 182 lbs last summer, but got out of shape again this past winter so I'm more than determined to reach my goals now. My eventual goal is 200 lbs with 10% bf. Giving myself five months to get there then 6 more to get to 210 lbs at 5% or so bf. Not sure I can do this without juice, but haven't juiced ever yet so really just want to see what I can do naturally first. I'm following the MuscleMag MASS program just to get me back into the grove of things. So far my arms have went from 16.25" to 17". I had them up to 18" when I was 21. So we'll see what I can do now. My waist has went from 36.5" to 35" so far and my neck has went from 16.5 to 16.75". Sorry for such a long post. I'm just excited and glad to have found this great site.
My avatar pic is my most recent pic btw. Took it after a great chest workout.

Tnx. I'm posting from my phone or I'd post up pics. I'm taking it slow. Kind of forgot how bad leg dauy sucks lol. My legs were sore for eight days after my first leg workout. Couldn't barely walk the next day. Pretty much like starting from scratch with my legs. My arms on the other hand have retained a good bit of strength. I've been reading through this thread for weeks now. Just amazed at what everyone has accomplished.

Here's t my before and 4 week pics. Hope I can continue like this. You guess which is the before and which is the after. The after pic is a lil exaggerated because its after an intense shoulder, chest, and triceps workout. Uploading this from my phone and don't have a way to rotate the before pic. Sorry.

Not fit yet, still have 20 or so more lbs of fat to lose, but wanted to post this up as I'll be updating it monthly.
