I'm very close friends with an attractive female coworker. We are both married. No issues. I was actually going to comment on that picture because no lie just yesterday she had on a button down shirt and leaned over right in front of me. I saw right down her shirt and immediately looked away. At first I felt like less of a man, but realized it just means that while I might have thought about it in the past, I've reached the point where I would never do anything about it.

Just hit a difficult 325 bench. 275 felt like a feather and 305 was easy as fawk so I expected 325 to be a bit easier but still got it up without too much sticking point trouble. Hopefully I can continue to make progress instead of being stuck on bench for 2 years again. Comin for tree fiddy.

Get used to it. Little increases in weight are more readily felt when you cross the 315 mark (srs)

Stay safe, broski. I think one of the reasons it was so hard for me was because I took too many stims and was tweakin out a bit. Kinda had a negative affect on form since I was nervous and hands were sweaty as sh!t.

Never really noticed that but that's probably because once my max got over 315 I never really tried maxing. Just been repping 315 and doing singles I know I could easily get. Reason being I don't wanna injure myself.

I agree. As long as you know you're getting stronger you're fine. Plus staying away from 1rm attempts = more gains because I'm not burning myself out.

1 rep maxes can take a week sometimes for me to recover from.

Yes. It is pretty rough. And won't make you stronger.

I've done two cycles of P90X. Like Jason said, it won't make you stronger (unless you're a complete training newb). It's tough, but if you stick with it get your diet right, it works great. Then again, if you have your diet right, and you stick with it, just about any program will work. My take on it after two cycles, and especially now that I have some experience with barbell training to compare to, it's a good program for some people. If you are the type of person that doesn't really know anything about training and you need something very structured, it's a great way to lose weight and get in shape. However, if you have even just a little knowledge on training, you could find another program or even design one yourself that will be better suited to your specific goals and likely be less of a time commitment.

Ya it is rough so far i really like the plyo and stretch routines. My diet has always been pretty solid ive just struggled with injuries. Looking for something that isnt revolved around heavy training and the female companion wanted to try out p90x so here we are lol. The ****ing yoga is probably the hardest i sweat my ass off for those 90 minutes.
