    Got some resistance bands, might actually make use of them as now they're just used for band pull-aparts and shoulder dislocates to warm up. I'll have a watch of Rob Riches' holiday workout video that Reindeer loves so much.

    I still like to be active on holiday. Doesn't take much to do like 20 minutes in the morning.

    @Smudge: Looks good. Maybe only thing is to try sit back a tad more and not have your knees out as much. Not really a big deal, just a bit may be better.

    depends if you lose mass/strength easy

    1-2 full body workouts wont do any harm if you're not drinking all day n night
    check if your motel has one, if not google one closest

    I'd have a look around to what people suggest. I think it's meant to be pause then finish, but some only go to knees, pause, then down.

    Personally I'd read what others think and maybe do whatever your weakness is because from the little I've read it seems it's more geared towards sumo pullers with that suggestion as that's more of a stalling point for them. Which is in line with the fact that most will be IPF lifters and most IPF lifters pull sumo.
