im just saying for his own rep at work. lol. If its a mutual agreement I see nothing wrong with it. Dont get me wrong, I have a fiance(shes a nurse). But he shouldnt do it at his workplace period. this isnt high school/college and cant sleep with people you are around with.
From Houston, now I am in San Diego

3rd day in the ICU and i nearly killed my pt lulz. Vasopressin and levo was infusing and i decided to pause the IV pump so i could add on another 3 way valve. after a min (bc i forgot to prime the valve with saline after attaching it), his MAP slowly dropped before my eyes...60, 59, 57, 56, 54. Question, has anyone ever transferred a nursing license by endorsement to Florida? I gave them my application and the countless things that went with it, and that was over a month ago. They haven't opened up my application, or even informed me of anything. Cant work here without my license.. its kinda fukd. How long does this chit usually take?

You need solid critical care/ER experience. It's a cool job for sure, I went on a ride-along when I was an ICU nurse and I still interact with these guys when they come to pick up patients in the ED or the OR.
I have tons of respect for flight nurses - the money isn't as good as it should be and there is real danger ("you fly, you die") but those guys are saving lives.
If I didn't get into anesthesia school, I was going to go into flight nursing. Good luck.CRNA Crew
