Hey Rob! I have something moist for you. And it isn't cake
If I have a day off of work, I'll take a slow stimmed pre upon waking and that's when it's cleaning mode. Yea yea I know, I'll make an excellent stay at home husband some day
Back to my upper/lower program on Tuesday. After my light lifting today, focus and motivation is down in the dumps. Took Crimson which is VERY strong and always had good and strong focus and workouts off it. Lots of real life hitting lately and the gym hasn't quite been my typical escape for the last couple weeks. I guess I'll need a big refeed Monday night in hopes my body is ready for heavy lifting again. Just gotta get my head out of my ass and refocus I guess.

Complicated is one way to describe it lol. I doubt I would have attempted it on my own if I didn't have a coach who was super familiar with that style of training...I was doing a much simpler DUP when I was on my own. I'm not familiar enough with the relationship between different band tensions/chain weights/bar types/lift variations vs weak points of lift to program it effectively for myself. I'm sure I'd still get stronger programming it myself, but not enough to give it an advantage over a simpler program. Getting better at accessory work selection, but even then that's usually after my coach is like "this is what needs to be improved, work on this."
^Good guy to ask. He's been running it longer than I have and probably much more familiar with how to program it effectively.Last edited by VO2Maxima; 08-19-2017 at 05:14 PM.

So my ankle/foot is swollen. A lot. Doesn't hurt at all. Zero pain. Go in for my shift today, Sgt looks at my leg and immediately sends me to the hospital to get it looked at.
Anddddd infected.
da fuq?!
Also got a notify that when I go back to patrol in two weeks I am moved to 3rds. So now I have to find a new gym (agreement I have with the owner is that I wouldn't come in during peak hours and I lift at 5 PM on 3rds).

Oh please, working with who you work with I am sure you're the real conjugate encyclopedia around here.
I have jumped off the conjugate train since about January - making the transition from full-time MBA to post-grad corporate life has made 5thSet a bit more kind to my schedule and the progress has been stellar so far.
The first time I heard about that diet while in the office, I nearly had a heart attach. Awesome and ridiculous does not even begin to describe it.NOV || Ohio Chapter || Be more, have less.

Cat owners beware
Damn man! Maybe somebody should have listened and taken a few days off of biking and lifting! Jk, I'm guessing it's not something you could really help.
Hope it recovers soon. I had the same issue of an infection in my calf when I didn't even get cut or anything.Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

Thanks for all the healthy wishes guys! Whatever new antibiotics they gave me, they are 100% working. Woke up this morning and my foot/ankle looks 90% back to normal. The past two days it looked like I had a club foot
The place I lift at, which is awesome, is a personal training facility geared towards clients and group classes. I just wanted access to the facility. So the agreement I had with the owner was that I could get a door code and use the facility whenever except during peak hours (4 pm - 7 pm) and Saturday mornings. With my previous hours of 1 pm - 11 pm and current hours of 9 am - 7 pm, this was perfect. On 3rds...not gonna work. Back to the commercial gym I go.
Supp question: if I put pres in the freezer, will I be able to scoop from them as normal and put them back in the freezer? Or do I have to let them thaw first or something?iForce Blueberry Muffin: forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=169778043

So I used Reign again this morning, and I'm leaving Kraken in my numero uno position. I actually didn't love Reign so much this time. I won't be using it at 2 full scoops regularly. I was a little generous with my scoops this morning, they were rounded to a degree, and I had some sides. Def had cold sweats but they were manageable, not too bad. Had a runny nose which again was manageable. The part that got me was the heart rate. I can't remember the last time I felt my heart beating through my chest. The first 30 minutes or so once it kicked in, my chest was tight, could feel my heart pounding through my chest plate with my hand. But the weird thing is, I didn't feel like I took a bunch of stims. Just the chest pounding and cold sweats were the give away. So didn't quite get the rush of smooth energy/focus that I want out of a heavy hitter. The energy aspect was smooth from a head high perspective, but the physical sides weren't so pleasant and they made it hard to focus on my lifts.
I think i'm gonna end up using it at lower doses and not for my super heavy and hard days. I'll leave Kraken as my go to for those days, and maybe use Reign sparingly at lower doses. Still think it's a great product, just not sure the Stim x is what I want out of a stimulant. Glad it's been a positive experience for so many others though, and who knows, maybe this was a one off.Squat and Deadlift

That'll be interesting for sure. Will have to wait to see the profile.
But ya, it's strong but it doesn't feel as strong as some others for me in terms of the "head high". It's more the sides that made me realize how strong it is. I guess the Kanaease does a lot to mellow the effects.Squat and Deadlift

I read over at AM that someone did 1 scoop of Re1gn and 1 scoop of Conquer Unleashed and that worked
well so that might be something to try. I haven't purchased Re1gn or CUL so I can't say how either feels
but just reading all the feedback so I know what to expect IF in the future I decide to tryout Re1gn but
for now I have enough PW on hand.

im bouncing back between 1.75-2 scoops and the more i use it the less i get the 'undesireable' effects like you described. the heavy heart rate in between sets, runny nose, cold sweats. yesterday i two scoped it and blasted through the workout with very little anything other than good focus/energy/epic pomps6 scoops of xf up2.0 a day
