smashed the spilts...
cgb started nice and smooth... 160 was very very heavy but was so determined... 150 was ok ran out of gas...

Pullups - finally got a new clip for my belt - time to add weight again!!! wanted 10 with 50... close... oh well awesome pull-ups!!!

from my doms today they were certainly a new thing for my body...
yep ripped the pullups nicely!!!
yep was sore gettign out of bed there but been fine since... hmmm... run and basketball today will see how that all goes...
thanks - happy with the pullups and so good to have a new clip which wont snap like the last one...Sleepy.
