Ok, I know it's been said a gazillion times, but...your 3:30 am gym time is very admirable. Makes it pretty tough for me to complain about 5 am cardio sessions.
Awesome workouts, P!! Gettin' it done.

Have I ever told you how freaking annoyed I get when I lose a post
Cliffs=day started off with me and 9yo in tears fun. Sometimes I wonder why I signed up for this.
Hope it sticks! avg 139 lately. Yes this is a big whoosh for me.
Plan as of late=
1850-2000cals
100g of carbs--no bread, wraps
No booze except for Saturday (caved Friday no beating myself up)
Eat every 2 hours or so--by late afternoon that goes out the window
No real cheat meals but booze+2 servings of Doritos Saturday
Cardio last week==
200 cals Incline walk
80 cals Incline walk (warm-up) then
275 cals Arc Intervals
210 cals Tm Intervals
300 cals Run outside
So nothing too crazy. Missed Saturday because I was late getting started.
Daily foodz look a lot like=
Protein Shake post workout (Biochem)
Oh and Pixie Stix!
2 egg whites (boiled)
3 turkey meatballs
1/4 oatmeal
(this is always my breakfast)
4oz chicken
1/2tbsp olive oil
2 rice cakes (caramel)
4oz ground turkey
Almonds, dark choc/sea salt NOM
Protein powder
Greek yogurt
1tbsp PB
(addicted. love the muscle milk PP in this...very nice texture)
Protein+carbs for dinner
Muscle Milk shake before bed
Overall I guess I can't complain too much because
1) I'm not really hungry
2) I'm still losing even it's supah slow
3) My lifts are not suffering
4) I feel great energy-wise. Well, no worse than before
5) I'm not hankerin' for a cheeseburger and french fries. Yet.My Journal

Yeah sometimes I go way crazy and bump it to 6ozs. Par-tay.
My favorite meal is the whey/yogurt/PB. 350 calories of delicious goodness. I put it in the freezer first when I remember to.
I hope that eating every 2 or so hours will help if/when I have to cut a few cals. Please! My Journal

I think what you're doing looks wonderful! Strength + losing slowly is perfect! And you started with cals pretty high so you can lower them as your weight decreases if you need too without dying!
I'm currently hooked on protein powder + cocoa with a little milk so it's a bit thick but a little runny with a tbsp of raisin granola + 1 tbsp of Skippy Natural p.b w/honey + 1 spoon of chocolate marshmallow ice cream w/rice cripsy chocolate pieces. Mmmmmmm!Team Cookies Give You Superpowers

Am I the only one who's gonna say it? Where's your fruit and veggies, Supah P? Subsumed under the dinner "carb" label?
Don't pay any attention to me. Maybe if I ate fewer vegetables and more protein, I could bench 185 too."Eat some oatmeal, do some squats, how hard is that seriously."--Prof Ham

x2 you gotta get that shiz in, fruits and veggies, they help you not die as soon. Think of carrots and apples and broccoli as the gold coins in Mario Bros, you don't *have to* snatch them up, but if you start collecting them early they sure as hell can save your ass when you're 12 levels in!

I eat dem veggies AND I have my cake I shall live forever and ever and ever and have old ass cake whenever I want it!
But srs I don't list them because it takes a whole lot of these green beans and broccoli (you know I weight that shyz) to add up to anything I care to write down. Notsomuch on the fruits these days though. BloatyMy Journal
