I did have some soreness in my shins after my first VJB session, but it's mostly faded by this point. I do most of my training on a rubber floor which helps, and am surprisingly light on my feet for someone of my size.

Also, there was a 300+ pound O-lineman that ran a 4.65 40 on the first day of the combine.

I remember when I used to play basketball most nights of the week (in highschool) I would get shin splints. Not fun.

They don't do any other lifts, but they do 40 yard dash, broad jump, vertical jump, bench press (225), plus a bunch of other agility/skill drills. They also write the wonderlic test. The results usually provide some lulz when guys like Vince Young write it.

Why are you here?

As an identical twin, I sometimes have problems coming to a clear conclusion on the matter. Initially, I believed I could blame alcohol and the lowering of inhibitions for my existence here but then I realized that society's norms dictated that my parents' age upon marriage was somewhat old. This could have pressured them into having children when they might not have been ready/wanted to. Although, the splitting of my mother's egg could also be blamed upon her age when I was conceived (as you know the likelihood of having twins dramatically increases the older the woman becomes).

Alas, it is hard to really pin down an answer because who is to say that it is my brother and not me who was the mistake? Sure, you can argue that since he is a minute older then that means he has rights to call me the accident. The way I see it is that I was probably just there first and kicked him out of my womb. Rent aint cheap in the Northeast.
