How can a force of the remaining Russians sustain an 1100km line with 10k soldiers who would have been otherwise been permanently wounded?

If you put Russian deaths at 20k that covers the gap of 100k lost from the battlefield (1:4). Now, can Russians sustain what mentioned if that's the case? Maybe if Wagner expanded dramatically from 8k (world-wide) to 100k.
