Same here, but drinking coffee since I was maybe 18 off and on. But caffeine doesn't really have too much of an effect on me. I'm fine without it (meaning no withdrawals, headaches, or fatigue) or with it in low or high doses in pre workouts.

I don't get the withdraws but, I do get the headaches for about a day, then I am good after that.

It is preferable, but not necessary. It's recommended to split the 2 doses (for KSM-66) or to take both capsules in the morning if that's not an option.

Also, how is the weather in Wisconsin? Were bracing for what's suppose to be a severe blizzard tonight and tommarow with 8-10 inches of snow.

It helps significantly reduce overuse discomfort. Glucosamine/Chondroitin is superior for cushioning the joints. Unseasonably warm so far but it supposed to get cold tomorrow night.

Whatever Foxsports in Spanish is showing in the evening, I will try to catch. Sometimes they have these events during the day and I always miss them. I would like to see Ryan Bader vs. Antonio Rogerio Nogueira. Never seen Bader fight and Nog got robbed against Mauricio Rua.

Bader is a good wrestler and Little Nog has good TDD so this will probably be contested on the feet. Bader chin is very suspect and Nog hits like a truck but Lil Nog has been in a ton of war so we'll see. Bader is the better fighter so I expect him to squeak out a decision.
