Agreed, I am using this dip to reallocate a good portion of my ETH holding to other platforms, mainly NEO and ICX. Meanwhile my super low ETH buy orders from months ago are hitting, LoL.

I'd like to see some stats on ICO participation though, I feel like during the height of the ICO craze the largest majority of investors were from the US but I could be very wrong.

I don't think ETH is a bad play, wouldn't say you are crazy to make it your largest holding but I'd say diversification is a smart idea.

I dunno, how you gonna feel if it goes to $50 and NEO goes to $500? Unless you feel it's a sure thing to outperform the masses, my advice would be to diversify, but play if how you like, there is something fun about walking up to a roulette table and throwing it all one one number I guess.
