Hmm, interested in coming to the meet but how is the equipment there?

Trained at my old gym for a few sessions (uni gym closed) and it's bloody awful. Every bar was at least slightly bent and the benches were crap. I've gotten too used to good equipment now that I can't use crappy equipment without feeling weaker/in a worse position/etc.

I would be doing 5+ bench day if I do come though.

Xyz what rack do you think I should get? Can't be a huge full rack with branches for plates etc because it takes to much room, other than that anything, assuming you had no budget just for this piece

I don't know specifically but at meets I've been to I've seen them use a rack/squat stand which you can screw a bench onto. If I had no budget I'd get that because it would take up less space than a separate bench and rack. You could just use an adjustable bench with a rack/cage, but I don't think it would be as sturdy than having it screwed on.

Strong this, also in regards to your chest, your insertions aren't that bad, I would probably say you have to train it a certain way? In regards to how to train it, requires to much explanation. Ill explain Friday if you going muscleworks.

I even cooked a full course pasta dish from scratch and ate it and she still wouldn't leave, I ate so much I put myself in a food coma, she finally left. I think my only option (aside from staying at home with parents) at this point is to go to a bar with some friends. It's a friend of a friend's birthday (who I don't know) and my friend said we could join him. If not, just get drunk with a few friends and try find a bar/club.

fairly sure you have a bunch of lifters who you never have and chances or never will meet


its also a pain to screw in and really unstable with anything over 500lb on it

widge any power cage with about 1"spacing between rack positions will do try to get one with a pull up bar tho as that saves more room and a dip attachment

no he cant the top 5 out mass him by like 40-50lb flex would just bring conditioning then get out gunned in every pose

he competes at sub 212lb most of the mr.O stage step on stage at 250+
