Thanks for the reply. Got me whipped up to get multiple sources before I mention this to parents this fall and just about everyone from the Mayo Clinic on down agrees with you. One of the most polite terms for that notion was "old school".
Amazing how these myths stay in circulation.
Thanks again,
Zeke

How about you go back to your crappy little ''crew'' and continue bleating about ''aesthetics''. You know who was at the forefront of the ''aesthetic'' movement? Oscar Wilde. Are you cut from the same cloth then? I imagine so...

I think that they should just say, “Hey, if you guys don’t talk, you have to see Hercules In New York.” I guarantee those guys would talk much faster. You don’t need to do waterboarding or anything else. That’s the ultimate threat.''

I just love the fact that people who have nothing to do with ifbb section chimes in when there is some kind of celebrity here and 9 out of 10 times they are being immature and disrespectful.
it is almost like they need attention and they have to mess everything up.Grainy hardcore religious slabs of thick dense muscle. So grainy that it hurts your eyes

Lee, absolute legend, I have always been inspired by you, especially the fact that you're an Aussie. Always thought you had the freakiest arms I've ever seen. So glad to have some Pros posting here. Your straight up honesty is refreshing as well.
As for the other guy (moetstylesbrah), that's the reason I rarely post on this site. Too many internet heroes and experts. The majority of this site seems obsessed with drugs, and that's why they'll never be successful in the sport, natural or not, as they will dismiss hard work, genetics, diet and training because they want to believe that it all comes down to drugs. They want to believe they don't look good because they aren't taking enough drugs rather than admit that building an epic physique takes ridiculous amounts of hard work and patience. You already said this Lee, yet this idiot still chose to dismiss this and try and be a hero.
Ignore these people Lee, you know the truth, and I'm sure anyone with half a brain would listen to you because it's visibly obvious you know more than these internet heroes. Keep up the good work, you are an inspiration to all of us true fans of the sport.

Hey Lee. First off thank you for using your spare time to post on here. Great to get insight from any pros.
Anyway, you have talked already about using lots of sets in all of your exercises. When you do this many sets, what do your reps look like? Did you find higher reps help out much?
Once again, thanks for stopping by.Cavaliers/Patriots/Leafs

Lee, I've missed your discussions in my monthly issues of MD... Were they tired of hearing the truth, or were the uneducated fools just annoying you with illegitimate AAS questions haha. Can't thank you enough for your time, and yes for all the trolls on here, let's not fall into their trap. TTimmerman says "can we get rid of the ***got ruining a decent thread please :/" Perfectly said, and yes please, lets stay on subject here peeps

Hi Lee, thank you so much for being available here. Truly magnanimous.
My question is this:
Based on your extensive experience what is the proper play for the older skinny fat man?
For example.... a man who is 6' 2" 200 pounds 37 years old but approximately 17-20% body fat. Fat concentrated in midsection mostly (belly and love handles)
Bulk, cut, something else?
Thanks in advance!
