Im just stopping by the forum because id purchased p6 extreme and im wondering if its safe for me to take it because sometimes i have bad heart palpitations that dont go away for awhile and sometimes i take an asprin for it but it says not to take asprin with the product. I havent visited a doctor about the issue. Although i have noticed huge gains naturally with creatine and protien while working out a solid 4 to 5 months i just decided i wanted a boost. If anybody else has had palpitations while taking this product if you could please tell me your experience that be great! Btw im 22 years old turning 23 jan 17th idk how beneficial this product would be for my age either.

Nice to see that this thread is still kicking around, despite a lot of crap that seems to have gotten in here.
One of my recent supplement staples has been a combination of tumeric, ginger and vitamin c. Small doses...nothing crazy but 3 ingredients with what seems like very well established benefits. Also taking some green tea extract though i am likely to switch over to drinking more of the tea once I exhaust what i have.

For overall health concerns, I take 3 fish oil gels, 1 multivitamin, 3 chlorella and 3 spirulina tablets. Chlorella and spirulina I would recommend highly. A cup of black or green tea with honey each day. I'm thinking i might get flax seed oil too. Becoming a supplement hoer no doubt, but no what, i feel great.

Please help!!! much appreciated My friend took an hormone called tren-350. Took it for about two weeks.This was about a month and a half ago. He wants to try a new supplement called super cycle. There is very little info on the web about it. The ingredients are Tyrosine 100mg. Tribulus Extract 100mg. Peperin Extract 50mg. Anyone know if there are bad interactions? Has enough time gone by? affects on liver? Also anybody have any reviews or results from taking this sup?

When I start to feel sick, I just take 2 drops of oil of oregano under the tongue and let it absorb naturally on it's own. Well actually I'd take 4 in that case, but I never get sick anyways. I try to take 2 drops daily anyways as maintenance and haven't been sick in a very long time. Just make sure it's wild oregano and the P73 concentration. Don't buy the extra strength B.S. they hype, it's nonsense and no different. P73 is ALL you need to worry about ensuring it is.Originally Posted by TommyTuffGuy

Pure crap. Tribulus has been proven worthless in several studies, WIll Brink recommends taking several grams of tyrosine if you want to get any effect from it, and Peperin doesn't have any science behind it in terms of muscle growth/fat loss/hormone effects that I am aware of.Originally Posted by UrbaNnn
