Jets bring in Marshall
Had brought in Harvin last year(will be released) and Decker
Yet still have no QB
If they can trade for Foles (assuming Philly rtrades up with them) or they get Mariota, then maybe it works
But if they are going tw/ Geno or a scrub veteran (Hoyer-level) then these guys wont put up any numbers anyways.
Jets no qb, bills no qb, miami ehh--> another easy division win by deault for the Pats.

some great 2nd round matchups I am looking forward to
Battle of Indiana (ND vs Butler)
Battle of Kansas (Jayhawks vs Wichita-who Kansas always tries to avoid)
MSU vs UGA
UCLA vs UAB (because no matter what a double digit seed gets into the sweet 16)
and Gst. vs Xavier just because I want to see if the 14seed can continue its magical runFounder of MMDELAD

Sharper pleads guilty to severa counts rape. What a creep. I would hope that he would get decades in jail and not just 9.
NBA
-No way Love stays in Cleveland beyond this year. He clearly doesnt like being 3rd fiddle behind Lebron and Kyrie. He'll have plenty of options and will take advantage of a max deal elsewhere for a team that wants to build around him.
-Skins open to taking a QB at 5. First off I think they should be because I am not a believer in RG3, never have been. 2nd, I don't think a QB will be around (well not Winston or Marriota). 3rd, I think they are just posturing to try to raise the valu of the pick for a potential trade should a QB fall to that spot.
MLB
Spring training is too friggin long. It seems all teams care about now (beyond bankrolling major $ during this time) is getting through without injury.Founder of MMDELAD

a lot of NBA MVP talk on TV/radio as we aprach the end of the year
IMO
Cury and LeBron are way ahead of everyone else
There are still lots of questions about how much better the Tundar actually are on the floor the more the ball is in Wstbrooks hands and the more he is on the floor
Harden still plays no D and is less efficient than Lebron and CUrry
Davis missed too much time

Thoughts on Winston and Mariota skipping the draft:
No problem with it. NFL will hate it because it will hurt the TV PACKAGE. But IMO, if I were a guy, I would rather be around the loved ones who helped me and supported me to get there (the point of being drafted), and not on some TV spectical. I would rather celebrate the time with family, friends, coaches, teammates, rather than Roger Goodell and and other executive snobs looking for photo ops. However, I would not have some TV crew in my house to film it. I would be in private.
@NHL shootout
I don't mind it but would certainly be interested in moving to 4:4 and then 3 on 3 hockey. Would be very exciting.
@MLB
Can't wait for opening day. And fantasy baseball
NBA playoffs finally almost here. The season is too long. Curry gets my vote for MYP, Lebron gets my MOP award (most outstanding player).
ALL NBA 1st team:
Curry, Lebron, Unibrow, Westbrook, and (relcutantly because his D still sucks) Harden

REVIVING THREAD!!!
Do you remember in 2000 when ESPn did ther Sportscentury list of the top 100 athletes of the 20th century. Now we are 15 years into the 21st and I thought it would be fun to try and vote on the greatest of this era. Below is a list of 50 of this centruy's greatest American Sports athletes. Please vote for you top 25 (listed from 1-best thru 25th). Your 1st place vote will receive 25 points, and 25th 1 point. Then I will total all posters votes and come up with our unofficial official listing of the greatest of the 21st century.
Notes: I am not counting international athletes (messi, Bolt, etc., Race Car Drivers, or Extreme sport athletes).
