Negative....I personally really like training after I have a few meals in me (usually train in the evening M-F) so started to add in BCAAs recently for my AM sessions on the weekends. Makes a decent difference for the second half of my session but I am open to other suggestions. I will also note that for some reason 95% of BCAA products/intras give me a stomach ache. Only ones that I have found to not bother me...Xtend, IFN Compete, and CL Purple Wraath/Purple Psycho (RIP)

You and I are the same then for prefer to train after a couple meals. Intra workout imo makes a HUGE difference for performance and general muscle building. Just this year I've incorporated HBCD, BCAA's/EAA's, and hydro whey. Kind of extends workouts and seems to keep much better fullness and endurance. Highly recommend that combo and buying separate as opposed to buying an 'all in one'. I only use 10g hydro whey, carbs vary depending on the workout, and BCAA's/EAA's are always the same at about 1.5 scoops/7g.

I'm usually against pres with that much caffeine in it but I still have about 10 scoops of White Heat left and it is a great pre. No crash or over-stimulation even with crap ton of caffeine and yohimbine in it. It's so good I'm seriously thinking of buying USN's 3XT-PUMP next which is a carbon copy of White Heat formula (frankly, I'm surprised they didn't get sued). Probably won't taste as good but who cares...

I like the profile however I'm not a meal replacement guy. I usually will just multi scoop protein powder for a higher protein if anything and add peanut butter or oats. But when calories get quite high during this reverse I may try it out just to see the taste. Seems like they are kind of bootlegging off of 5%'s Real Food but with the added protein.

That's exactly what I was thinking. I mean don't get me wrong, the profile is very interesting (and I may actually give this a go to replace one of my afternoon meals at work) but even the flavors are the same (or very close too) what 5% Nutrition offers in their Real Food. I personally have not used that, but everyone who has said the flavor of that is excellent.

Feels. At the top of a bulk for me my appetite is insane. My stomach will be completely full and I'll still feel hungry and need to get more calories in somehow. That's the only time I justify the idea of a gainer. But I enjoy making my own a lot of the time. Thick milk shake type of dessert.
