Keep in mind, Quake has double the theanine, many here seem to like it at 100mg but the 200mg in Quake not so much. I like it, buy YMMV.

Taste is great, I love both flavors but the Lemon is the better between the 2.

Vanilla Orange Coke Zero, pretty good; orange flavor is there but not too overwhelming, balanced nicely by the vanilla. Was hoping for more of an orange creamsicle flavor, but I guess with Coke's normal flavor that wouldn't work.

Only time I like it is the stim free quake for prebed workouts, knocks me the **** out.

I picked up some of the zero, it's interesting but not sure if I could get through a 12pk

Tried OL’s “Why So Cereal?” aka Blueberry Toaster Pastry protein this morning. Very minimal blueberry taste. More like a vanilla with a hint of blueberry. Pastry pieces so small that they really add nothing.

After the really good Toucan Twist flavor, this was a disappointment. Ghost blows this out of the water and it’s not even close.

Moldy before date code though is a manufacturer failure. Preservatives, packaging what have you, it should not mold several months prior.

Shelf life is usually two years, but thats when they're wrapped in the original box. As soon as you open them moisture becomes an issue, candy bars are similar

Not two years on bars, one year on the ones I have. Almost every one. And these boxes are not wrapped and most are not. They are simple fold boxes. The packaging of the actual bar is foil and sealed. It’s not the packaging

I just will powered myself through them...Yeah wasn't great but I scraped off the minor mold and ate them as I don't like to waste. Great bars but yeah go really bad way too quick.

So MAN ISO-Protein cinnamon crunch. Made a shake at lunch. Was decent but either my taste buds are in a state of things not tasting very good, which is normal with me, or it just isn't as amazing as I was expecting.

I could not power through those. Some bars had mold only on the front of the bar so I just broke that part off. But then, the rest tasted rancid. I threw out a couple boxes of those bars.

This latest bar I threw out had the same mold on the chocolate coating. I am not even going to attempt to eat them.

I have heard of the Snak mold, I have never seen it or tried a snak bar, but I had a question.

When you say the mold was on the chocolate coating, was it actual mold and not something called Fat Bloom / Sugar Bloom; when chocolate comes in contact with moisture and turns white?

Guys any advice for some lowerback stretching or strengthening. It's been getting tight, feels like a possible bulge. no pain I just want to be careful. Do those back machines that stretch you out or flip you upside down work? haha. thanks for any help.

Blooms are almost grainy and mold is fuzzy. These had fuzz.

You are right, Mold is fuzzy.

I have never seen a picture of the Snak bars gone bad but when you said chocolate coating, my mind went straight to Chocolate Bloom.

Sugar bloom will dissolve, Fat bloom will feel greasy, but mold is fuzzy.

I had the mold problem back when they first came out and naturalguy sent me some replacements that were softer and chewier. No mold issues with the new ones (so far).
