    I did the alternating cable rows standing today, just a slight bend on the knees. I get the stimulation on the lower lats when I bring them to belly height. Like cranking a lawn mower kinda.

    The gym is two parts (I know it's gay), one part "the warehouse" is where all the free weights are located which I spend the majority of the time. The one where I took the pic today is the cardio area which is another building.
    They have the temp there at a toasty 73 degrees. I had full blown hoody, a t-shirt and a wife beater at the beginning of my training. I just started taking layers off as I get more sweat in. I like training in tanks more comfortable to me.

    That's just a plate rack it's a "Matrix" brand so I guess those came with the top portion to where you can stack smaller plates.

    I'm trying out this stuff called Totalis. It's suppose to be no B.S. like no prop blend etc...It's good but the caffeine is kinda of weak only 200 mg per serving.

    Can you take two servings safely? C4 recommends 1-2 scoops, but 1 scoop = a serving. I have no idea how much caffeine it has because its listed under their prop blend

    I won't take 2 scoops of Totalis since 1 scoop is the recommended dosage for it's ingredients just need to add 1 200 mg caffeine pill to make it stronger.
