appreciate it, much love
Thanks man. I am 28 years old, and I had no scale that went high enough to weigh myself for the first few months after I started with diet and exercise. The first time I could weigh myself, I weighed in at 653. That is why I always say I was "nearly 700" lbs, because using this spreadsheet to interpolate it stands to reason that I may have at 700 or possibly even higher(392.4 lbs pounds lost so far)

Update:
Afternoon everyone. New day and new blog post: 4 mistakes to resist when losing weight
Check it out!
http://www.witnessthechange.com/?p=1136
and if you could be so kind as to point out any errors you find in this thread, I would much appreciate it!
Also new video. I am expanding into product reviews, which is something I had done sporadically on an old channel, but I am now going to be combining it with my wetty b channel.

Wetty just some feedback on your videos. You should try to cut them down in length. I know you probably don't have the time/skills to professionally edit them but even just cutting boring bits out and speeding parts up would make a huge difference to the end product and how many people view them. These days people want information quickly. I know myself if I'm looking to watch a review video, I will always choose the 5 minute review over the 20 minute review. I would love to watch all your videos but the fact is, I don't have 40 minutes to watch an entire video and I think a lot of people are probably in the same boat.
Keep up the hard work mate, every day you are closer to your goal.

thanks man, I shall indeed stay safe
Its true, and I have considered this. I tried to keep it as short as I could but trying to be as detailed as possible in the product review and not being able to smoothly edit (and not being willing to do a bunch of takes like many youtubers do to get perfect clips/videos to edit together) has its limitations. My review videos on the other channel all got more views than my weight related videos just by need of information for products. Even when long there is an audience for it luckily. Plus I am under no illusions that I am going to make real money off of youtube. I just like doing it to contribute to the internet and help people make more informed decisions.
I will keep videos short where I can in the future, but really its more of just a personal record of the journey and whatnot than it is a business or viral marketing(392.4 lbs pounds lost so far)

Well I don't want to drag you kicking and screaming into the internet marketing side of things, but you need to be building your fat-to-fit brand very heavily. lots of blogging, instagram photos, tweets, youtube video channel (which you already have going).
you could be a personal trainer / book author / fitness coach, very easily, should you choose to go down that road - because you have credibility, and people love you.
with only about 100 lbs left in your long journey, i'd say its time to hit it hardpls do not associate my personalities in misc and sports misc

This thread always makes me proud the misc has rallied to support a bro who is hellbent on making it, and is inspiring others not to complain about something, but actually do something about it, even though its probably the hardest thing they have ever done.
