    300lbs squat for 8 reps!! new rep pr :)

    super stoked about this! I was thinking of trying to hit 315 for 8 reps, because I did 2 sets of 5 last monday. Last wednesday I did 280 x 8 reps and it was easy. So i was thinking, wtf, why not go for 8 reps. Then I thought okay, I'll do 290lbs...then I said f'it I'll do 300lbs

    One method i'm using to build up to 5 plates is to make 315lbs weigh like a feather. So I'm getting some rep work. 20 reps over 6 sets with 315lbs.

    Deadlift 573lbs August 2014
    Bench Press 305lbs (December 2013)
    Squat 429lbs Feb 2014
    Overhead Press 200lbs (October 2013)
    Power Clean 195lbs (December 2013)
    Snatch 155lbs (Feb 2014)
