Hello,
It's taken some time to get my workouts "flowing" again but I'm well on my way now. I've only gained some 4lbs but I'm feeling fit and training has gotten fun again.
It was really nice to see you guys show interest in my recovery, it's been a major boost, so a big thank you for that
For the riders here, I crashed with a K1 GSXR750. Riding is really important to me and I couldn't imagine quitting it, ever.
See you again in a few months.

I just hope I will keep going this time and not find some bull**** excuses to miss training.
I have no idea why it's like that. I'm right handed so that makes it even more weird. If you "mirror" my picture you can see that the size difference is quite substantial. Gotta get that sorted.Sig line can't be a novel

It's been 3 years since that first post and I know I could have done ALOT better. My training has been very erratic, 2-4 months on fallowed by 1-2 months off. Anyways, here's where I'm at the moment. Weight around 160lbs at 5 '8.5.

Thanks guys,
Yea, I was lucky to get away with just "cuts and bruises". Not long to go untill I'm where I was size wise, strength wise will take a bit longer.
mntbikedude,
Nice to see you're still around and in the iron game. Don't see many people from back when I first found bb.comSig line can't be a novel

I was kind of in the same boat. I wreck up in the mountains on my bike, slid on the street for about 30 feet and went flying off a 20 foot cliff. Luckily i was wearing my full leather race suit so no road rash but i did brake my tail bone. 4 months after, I finally got back into the gym. I was 200lbs before the wreck and 180 when i got back in to (20lbs lost in 4 months). I'm now right back at it. Only thing i cant do from the broken tail bone is heavy squats. I still hit em just lower weight more reps. Btw, I own and race my 2002 gsxr 600 and my 08 Gsxr 1000. Keep riding bro!
