Costco has some decent protein bars that are $20 for a box of 20 bars that are 20g protein each and low sugar. They taste great too.

I premake a bunch of sausage/egg/cheese/onion/jalapenos breakfast burritos, wrap them in saran wrap and eat them at work. 30 sec. in microwave and they are done/delicious.
