They have these mini chicken sandwiches that aren’t bad if in a pinch & nothing much else around. The one by me also has the only Rootbeer that is actually carbonated, every other place I order rootbeer or Dr.Pepper it is flat.

The only take out joint I've been to in Australia the last 6 months has been Hungry Jacks (Burger King in some parts of Australia and in the US) - double whopper with cheese is the GOAT chain burger here at the moment unless the In n Out or whoever the fuk come here to open

There's a great chicken joint here too, Nandos - in a lot of places, cooked fresh to order - and in and around Sydney, Chargrill Charlies is the GOAT

And it's because they have better standards there plus their advertising is very family-centric. They do insane promotions during holidays and it's as much of a cultural embed as Mcdonald's is in the US.

Their actual pieces of chicken have been terrible for 25+ years now. Shriveled up frankestein looking pieces of bird. I heae their lunch special sandwiches can be alright, but how the hell would that carry them on its own?

If you can find a franchise that's decently run, their extra crispy chicken might be the best fried chicken out there. I found a decent one near me and it's amazing.

the asian market is more important to them now

It's because in the USA the quality control lacks, Franchise owners do what they want and that's why some KFC are good and some are complete chit.

In foreign countries it's completely different they have quality control over all KFCs, that's why they are so much better in Asian and other countries.
