You aren't protected by 1A rights on a private platform since you as a private citizen, are only protected by 1A if you engage with a public official. First amendment only protects the relationship between you and the government. A private individual addressing other private individuals on a private platform, can absolutely be told to f*ck off by that private platform for whatever reason the platform deems justified.

The argument is that what Face/Ig/Twitter routinely do is call themselves one thing, act a different way, then in court attempt to claim protections under "public forum" while doing everything as a "private company" such as silencing people. This is why there has been so much coming up with the way social media "platforms" are avoiding lawsuits. Fine, you want to be a private company? that is great, accept the fallout that comes with that and the responsibility. Fight the lawsuits on merit. Don't make the "public forum" claim to protect yourself.

Last I checked, the bakery wasn't a publicly traded company with 50 or more employees and isn't subject to potential FCC regulation given that they aren't, you know, a communications network. But surely all the lawyers on here knew that.
