I'm 6' 208 by my home scale I incline bench 250.

I don't know what the lab's scale will be as far as weight goes. I'm sure it's more accurate.

I think you need to drop at least 40 pounds to resemble leanness (~13%). Assuming you lose all fat and 0LBM that would put you at 13% @ 170 (148 lbs LBM)

208-148=60lbs of fat on you right now.

60/208=28.8% BF.

I have a wide frame with very narrow hips.

I wear a size 50 suit coat and have to get it tapered.

My issue is I store tons of fat right around my waist so it makes me look like a Roman numeral 5.

This is exactly how I came to my guess of 22 which may still be a little low but I honestly think he's quite a bit below 30 even though that's the number that instantly came to me looking at the first pic lol. Looking at the other pics you can tell he just doesn't hold his fat well, it's basically all belly. I guess we'll find out soon enough.
